Senator Schumer comes to Sidney!
Senator Chuck Schumer has made a practice of visiting every county in the state at least once every year. This year, he will come to Delaware County for a meeting with community leaders and other concerned citizens here in Sidney.
The meeting will take place on Wednesday, September 3rd from 2:15 to 3:15 pm at the Sidney Memorial Library, 8 River Street (corner of River and Main). As Sidney Democratic Committee Town Chair, I will be on hand to greet the Senator, along with members of the Village and Town Board (I expect) and other prominent Sidney citizens.
The meeting is open to the public, so come say hello.
